FBI Arrests Socorro Woman for Online Threats

A Socorro woman who made threats online has been taken into custody. The F-B-I made the arrest last night, with the help of the El Paso Police Department and the City of Socorro. The arrest marks the second time in under a week that a person was arrested for online threats. Twenty-nine-year-old Alex Barron, of Horizon City, was taken into custody last Friday for threatening Walmart stores in the El Paso area. KVIA-TV is reporting that the female suspect thought Walmart shootings were “funny” and that she was “going to be the next one to shoot up Walmart.”
